Start with what generates the most volume and requires the least judgement. Usually reminders, confirmations and reschedules. From there, open up NPS, review requests, reactivation and acquisition.
- Appointment reminders and confirmations.
- Reschedules and cancellations from chat.
- NPS surveys and Google reviews after the visit.
- Reactivation of inactive patients or those with pending treatment.
- Acquisition: immediate replies to Meta and Google ad leads.
