AI agent for medical practices

The AI agent that takes care of your patients at your medical practice

A medical practice lives on time. The time spent answering WhatsApp and calls to book, confirm or remind about appointments is time the doctor or the assistant cannot spend on the patient already in the room. Kura is an AI agent that handles your patients on WhatsApp on behalf of the practice: it answers questions, books appointments, confirms and reactivates. The patient sees the practice's name and number, not the tool behind it. It supports the practice team, it does not replace it.

Instant patient response

WhatsApp is the first channel patients open. Kura replies in seconds about pricing, hours, insurance and availability without anyone watching the phone.

A schedule that never closes

Your practice does not have to be open to take bookings. The agent offers slots in real time, confirms and reschedules from the chat, including nights and weekends.

Fewer calls, a less overloaded assistant

Frequent questions and repetitive admin handle themselves. Your team focuses on the patient in the room and on cases that need human judgement.

Your practice's brand

The patient always sees the practice's name and official number. Kura runs the channel underneath in white-label.

AI agent, chatbot or WhatsApp Business: what a medical practice actually needs

When a practice searches for "WhatsApp for medical practice", "medical practice chatbot" or "AI agent for doctor's office", the underlying problem is the same: the practice's WhatsApp should run on its own without letting anyone down. Kura covers all three readings: as an AI agent it makes decisions (book, confirm, hand off); as a chatbot it lives in the practice's official WhatsApp Business; and as a care layer it frees the team from the repetitive. The difference with a rules-based chatbot: this one understands the patient's context, their history and the practice's tone.

What it solves in the day-to-day of a practice

The agent covers the flows that consume the most time at a medical practice without changing the system you already work with.

  • Appointment requests with real-time slot suggestions.
  • Confirmations, reschedules and cancellations from the same chat.
  • Actionable reminders (confirm/reschedule/cancel in one tap).
  • Frequent questions: location, hours, pricing, insurance, fasting, preparation.
  • Reactivation of dormant patients and between-visit follow-up.
  • Acquisition: Meta or Google Ads leads handled instantly.

Built for both single practices and groups

A single doctor's office and a group with several sites have different needs. For the single practice, Kura deploys fast and frees the assistant or the doctor from running WhatsApp. For practice groups or chains, it applies rules per site and specialty: hours, medical roster, dominant language. One platform for every practice.

Integration with your system and your current number

You do not need to switch software or numbers. Kura connects via API or direct integration to your scheduler and patient record, and runs the practice's official WhatsApp Business. If there is no native integration with your management system, we open it during rollout.

A human takes over when it matters

The agent is not a wall. When an emergency, a complaint, a delicate clinical situation or a case that needs judgement appears, it routes the thread to the right person at the practice with a context summary. The team enters with clear information, not reading the conversation from scratch.

GDPR and data in the European Union

Patient information is processed and stored on European Union infrastructure, with a data processor agreement and role-based permissions. This applies even when the practice serves international patients or bills in another country.

Use cases by specialty

Operations change with the type of clinic. These are the flows with the biggest impact for each profile.

General medical practice

Patient care and booking over WhatsApp, reminders and between-visit follow-up, without hiring more reception staff.

Dental practice

Recall reminders, recovery of unsigned treatment plans and reactivation of half-finished treatments.

Gynaecology practice

Annual recall reminders, pre-visit instructions and careful communication in sensitive moments.

Paediatric practice

Messaging written for parents, vaccination and check-up reminders, clear instructions before each visit.

Specialty practice (cardio, derma, ortho…)

Lead qualification from campaigns, assessment booking and follow-up between long visits.

Groups and chains of practices

Local rules per practice and specialty, one single voice across the whole network.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for a single practice or only for large clinics?

Both. For a single practice rollout is shorter and the return is visible from the first week because it frees the doctor or assistant from running WhatsApp. For groups of practices we add per-site routing.

Does it replace my assistant or reception?

No. It removes the repetitive workload (reminders, confirmations, basic questions) and routes cases that need human judgement to the practice team. The team gains time to take care of the patient already in the room.

Does it work with WhatsApp Business and my current number?

Yes. Kura runs the practice's official number via the WhatsApp Business API with end-to-end encryption. The patient still sees the practice's name and number.

Does it integrate with the scheduler and record I already use?

If your management system has an API or standard connector, yes. Kura connects to check slots, create and modify appointments and link the conversation to the patient record. If there is no native integration, we open it during rollout.

How many languages does it handle?

It detects the patient's language and replies natively in Spanish, Catalan, English, French and German. Coverage adjusts to the practice's configuration.

How long does rollout take?

A single practice is live in around 2 weeks. Practice groups with several sites move to 4-6 weeks because we define rules per site, language and specialty.

How much does it cost?

The investment depends on the volume of conversations, number of practices and integrations required. Monthly subscription plus an initial rollout fee. After the demo we prepare an estimate fitted to your practice.
